Kept my eczema under control
I have struggled with eczema for more than 10 years, and every time I eat seafood my skin itches. I often applied pharmaceutical creams, but I was also concerned about their potentially toxic side effects on my body.
At the beginning of the year, my eczema flare-ups became more common and intense, making my skin increasingly itchy and irritated.
