Hello everyone, I'm Chong Suen Wan, and I'm very happy to be part of the Detox215 program. Every day, I love seeing the delicious meals and health products our partners share from Return Legacy. It's a treat for my eyes, nose, and taste buds! I always look forward to seeing what kind of foods everyone eats daily and how we can use Return Legacy products to achieve body detox and maintain good health.
During this period, I've chosen to consume a large amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, reduce oil and starch intake, include a variety of nuts, and have a moderate amount of fish and meat. I diligently drink I30B every day, have a glass of Protein Promix daily, take Fiber Plus every three days, and our N'zyme has resolved my previous bloating problem, so I no longer need to take antacids.
Over this time, I've felt my body become very relaxed, with excellent energy, vitality, and complexion. I no longer need coffee to stay alert throughout the day. Even after staying up late one night and waking up early the next day, I still feel great. The anti-inflammatory and reparative effects of Potnt and i'Mgard have also helped alleviate my lower back pain, so I no longer need prescribed anti-inflammatory or pain-relieving medication. I'm no longer in pain.
