The next goal – 85kg
It's not easy to stick to this journey, but even without regular exercise, I was able to go from 94.9 kilograms to 89kg. I don't know how long it's been since I've seen an 8 on the scale.
When I looked back at my graduation photo in August, it really left me speechless and simply sad. How many times in life can you have a graduation photo? Yet, on such an important day, my weight was at its absolute peak.

But I was really afraid that I wouldn't be able to stick with it. The first week was really tough, but I always said to myself, "I won’t have to do this forever.”

I’m proud to say that I’ve been going strong for seven weeks and won’t stop!I have reached my first goal of 90kg and my next goal is 85kg; I’m looking forward to a different version of myself.
