1.5 months to lose 4kg

I am a mother of three, and ever since I had my most recent baby, my weight has been skyrocketing. Earlier this year, I weighed 81kg! My feet started to become unable to bear my weight and I thus often felt pain in my feet, so I was determined to lose weight.
