Dry, peeling and cracked thumbs

I am a stay-at-home mother who washes all the clothes at home by hand. This causes my hands and fingers to dry, peel, crack, and sometimes even bleed. I had tried many different moisturizing hand creams, but unfortunately, none seemed to work.
