Exactly what was needed to treat a bleeding forehead

I have a very active son. One night, he was running around the house and accidentally knocked his head against the door and his forehead immediately bled. I immediately sprayed 2° REOX Series H+ on his forehead and it stopped bleeding after about 10 sprays.
