Lost over 10kg with the Three Treasures

I've lost a total of 10.2kg, so I'm really happy! Actually, I never thought I had to lose any weight before because I always felt that food was my greatest comfort. Additionally, I never really looked fat. So I indulged myself even more and kept eating and drinking; thus, my weight and body shape began to spiral out of control.

My body mass index (BMI) was more than 30 and my risk of disease was high.
