Made my thyroid colloid nodules shrink and disappear

I had an ultrasound test for thyroid colloid nodules in February and I was so happy with the results! The doctor said that the large nodule on my left side was smaller while my right side had one of its two nodules gone! The doctor asked me about what I had done and what changes I had made to my diet. I said I had done nothing except for taking health supplements. My diet remained the same.

My thyroid nodules hwere first discovered in December 2014. In 2016, I had two ultrasound tests and found that the nodules were growing.
