Sea fly bites

Anyone who knows me knows that I like to run. The place where I run most often is Marina beach, because I especially like the fresh air there, and the sea breeze is particularly comfortable. But what I hate the most is the small fighters there - the sea flies!

The picture I took is the worst time I was stung, that kind of swollen, hot and itchy feeling, only people who have been stung can relate. If I had been stung in the past, I would have had a hard time sleeping at night, because when the itch came, I had to scratch hard to relieve the uncomfortable feeling, and the more I scratched, the more crispy it was, and this situation would last for a week or two.

Later I realized that spraying H+ not only stopped the itch and reduced the frequency of itching, but also accelerated the speed of repair.
